Payments & order acceptance
By submitting a payment, you authorize the applicable charge for the checkout total. Submission alone does not establish order acceptance. An accepted order will be confirmed through the store’s order process. If an issue affects your purchase, contact us so we can assist.

Accepted orders are handled according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not arrival guarantees.
Returns & refunds
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. Contact us before sending a return to obtain authorization and return instructions. Our return address is 7 Rue Paul Emile Victor, 91540 Mennecy, France. Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, free of stains or odors, with supplied tags and original packaging. These ordinary conditions do not prevent you from contacting us about a defective, damaged or incorrect item. We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged or defective products; customers cover return shipping to France for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Bank posting times may vary.
