Which scarf should I choose?
Everyday Classics are 180 × 30 cm. Generous Wraps are 200 × 60 cm. Ribbed Editions are 170 × 28 cm; Checked Editions are 180 × 35 cm. Fringe is excluded from stated measurements.
What is the material?
Every design in this collection is 100% cashmere. Product pages describe the weave or knit and include care instructions.
How should I care for cashmere?
Hand wash gently in cold water with a cashmere-appropriate detergent. Do not wring. Reshape and dry flat away from direct heat. Fold for storage. Follow the construction-specific guidance on your product page.
Where do you deliver?
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported. All orders receive free standard shipping. Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery is 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 (CST), year-round. Orders received before the cutoff count that business day toward handling. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin handling on the next business day.
How do returns work?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. Contact us before sending a return to obtain authorization and return instructions. Our return address is 7 Rue Paul Emile Victor, 91540 Mennecy, France. Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, free of stains or odors, with supplied tags and original packaging. These ordinary conditions do not prevent you from contacting us about a defective, damaged or incorrect item. We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged or defective products; customers cover return shipping to France for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Bank posting times may vary.
